yes agree. too many cooks spoil the broth. when talking, one person should talk and the rest should listen. and yes, not all are leaders, and not all are great at leading too. so, if you are good at leading, be a leader, otherwise, just shut it and follow! :)
The problem is.. everyone seems to think they can lead.. that's where the problem starts.. sigh... kita tengok jer lahh kan?
