Rambo Who?

If you have to ask that question, obviously you need to catch up. And what better way then to catch the the movie that start it all. The movie that made Rambo, a household name.

Rambo First Blood is back on the big screen on 15th May at 7.30pm as a one night event complete with an alternate ending. You can purchase tickets and watch the trailer over at the website. And for those of you who do know who Rambo is, go and take the pop quiz and test you knowledge skill with other players. Oh don't forget to take the poll as well.. I think Rambo will win!

iSold it the easier way

I would say the most shocking or weirdest item I've ever saw at eBay would have to be rings that the seller claims have DJin power in them. They're supposed to have magical power so much so that the owner of the rings would be able to get all his wishes fulfilled. Do you know how much this particular one was going for? USD1899.oo.. Yeap you heard me, close to USD2000! I can't afford to spend that much on a "mystical item" so I guess I would have to get my wishes fulfilled some other way then

I tried selling some items on eBay once but it did not go so well. Maybe I did it wrong or the price was too high that no-one bid for it! Unfortunately we don't have the services of iSold It
here, otherwise that would have been my next destination. What they do is they actually sell the items for you on eBay. You just drop it off at their conveniently placed stores nationwide in the States and they do everything else for you. All you wait for now is the check in the mail! This service is also fantastic for those people who are not IT savvy but have lots of items that can be sold at eBay.

Oh well, I guess it's back to the drawing board for me. Anyone wants to buy the whole "Sweet Valley High" series?

My Fake Orchids

You know my previous post about how I have red fingers and my hubby has green fingers? Well I found another reason why I don't like gardening. Well, besides the fact that everything I grow dies, it is also because I am asthmatic. Smell is a triggering factor for me and soil smells! Fertilizers smells too! So there! Another excuse reason why I don't garden! lolzz

One more reason I can think of is, because we live in an apartment now, there is really no place to plant anything. I can just imagine my kitties playing with the soil and making a big mess of anything in pots at the balcony. What would be worse is they think that the pot are their litter bin and start doing their "business" there. Oh my, that would be a disaster!

And that is why silk plants and flowers comes in handy for us. I can have the beauty and elegance of room filled with flowers and plants without the hassle of watering them or making sure they have enough sunlight and all that jazz involved with life plants. Nowadays silk plants and flowers look so real, that no one is the wiser. Why, I even get compliments about my healthy orchids from my MIL!

Scare Me Crazy!

I'm a big sucker for horror movies. Whether it's ghosts, spirits, possession or just plain horror thriller, I say bring it on! It's not like I'm a super brave girl or anything, as my hubby would definitely attest to, I'm just funny that way and I definitely enjoy all the screaming that is allowed when watching such movies. But of course, I only love watching them, from afar that is

It's been a while though since I've watched a horror movie so when I heard about Frontier(s), I thought, Wow!, this should be a real treat. Just by looking at the poster sends chills down my spine and after heading down to the website to view the Trailer, let me say this.. I can't wait to see the movie, and I'm positive you will agree as well when you see the all the gross and gory details. If you love blood, this is the horror movie for you.

Shopping in Bulk

How many of you would buy two of anything just because the price of the second item is sold at discounted price? Or how many of you would buy in bulk just because buying bulk would save you money and you know you're gonna use the item in the future anyway? I know I'm like that. That's why I love to buy wholesale products. You know items like pens for the office or lights bulbs even costume jewelery which I particularly like since it can double up as gifts as well...lolzz

On the subject of buying bulk, there is this premiere online wholesaler site that is selling items at knockdown prices. Maybe I should open up my own RM5.99 store here and start selling those items!

It's a Zoo of Post!

My buddies would attest to the fact that the way I churned our new entries is like the way I typed and that is pretty fast. It's not that I have no life but it's just that I have plenty to say or write for that matter.. Suffice to say that even now I am spacing my blog entries so that there would not be too many post for LJL visitors to read in a day. I try, and emphasis on the word "TRY", to churn out only one or two post a day and that is even testing my patience. Like I say I got so many post on draft that it's scaring myself at the amount I write and ramble daily. Thus the many other blogs that I have .

I am excited about Zookoda.That is why I am excited about Zookoda. And what is Zookoda? Well it is an an email marketing application designed specifically for bloggers, just like you and me.
